Venue and Accommodation

Venue

The meeting will take place in the L2 lecture theatre of the Oxford University Maths Institute. The venue is modern, centrally located in Oxford, adjacent to the new Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities (which should have just opened in March 2026) and the historic Radcliffe Observatory. Multiple cafes, pubs, restaurants and parks are within a short walking distance. The institute is additionally flanked by a courtyard of aperiodic Penrose tiles

There will be space for a large number of posters.

We also plan to stream all talks and discussions live online, for free, although remote contributions will be limited.

Accommodation

We have secured 100 rooms at Oriel College, Oxford, which will be celebrating its 700th year in 2026. This is likely to be the cheapest accommodation in the city, and is in the centre of town about 10 min walk from the Maths Institute.
